You can also follow these instructions:&#xA0;<ol><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Holding the body of the dispenser in one hand, use the other to turn the cap at the base clockwise to unlock it, then pull apart the two pieces of the dispenser.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Place the poop bag refill roll into the inner capsule and feed the end of the first bag through the vertical slot.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Slide the outer capsule over the inner capsule, making sure to&#xA0;align the bag slots on both pieces.&#xA0;</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Rotate the base of the inner capsule counterclockwise until you hear a &#x201C;click&#x201D; and it is locked into place. Verify that the indent is aligned with the bag slot and then you&#x2019;re all set!
