Loading and unloading:
Check out this link for our tutorial on how to open and refill your Earth Rated poop bag dispenser. You can also follow these instructions:
Holding the body of the dispenser in one hand, use the other to turn the cap at the base clockwise to unlock it, then pull apart the two pieces of the dispenser.
Place the poop bag refill roll into the inner capsule and feed the end of the first bag through the vertical slot.
Slide the outer capsule over the inner capsule, making sure to align the bag slots on both pieces.
Rotate the base of the inner capsule counterclockwise until you hear a “click” and it is locked into place. Verify that the indent is aligned with the bag slot and then you’re all set!
If your dispenser is misaligned:
If you accidentally misalign the inner and outer capsules your dispenser may become jammed and locked shut. In that case, we recommend trying to pull them straight apart while wiggling the two pieces slightly back and forth. You can watch the video at this link to see how we do it.

Use the yellow hook on the side to hang your used poop bags!
The rubber loop is not just for attaching it to your leash - use it to help you open your bags! Just rub it on the top of your bags to grip and pull them open.
